Our Policies
We understand hiccups may happen during transit and you are totally not at fault! If your order has been lost during transit or your tracking number hasn’t updated for more than 72 hours you may send us an email and we will re-ship your order! If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong address at checkout, Immediately email us at contact@shopbodyonkim.com to get your address updated! If your order has already been shipped out unfortunately, we are not at fault & that is out of our control. We DO NOT provide refunds or replacements for orders that have been shipped to the wrong address if that address was provided by the customer.
We do provide returns or exchanges if you purchase a product and decide you no longer want the product within 48 hours of the product being delivered. Please be aware that if more than 48 hours since the order has been delivered goes by you are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Have you purchased and you want to cancel your order before it has been shipped out? No problem, email us at contact@shopbodyonkim.com with your first & last name & your order number. Although, unfortunately please be aware that there will be a $3 processing fee.
PLEASE BE AWARE that if you file a chargeback falsely stating that you haven’t recieved your products or any charge back without attempting to reach out to us first you will be completely banned from purchasing from us in the future. If you place an order in the future after filing a charge back your order will be immediately canceled.
